Empowerment and experiential reskilling program that develops an authentic and effective interaction and communication through video. In our new agile and distributed working daily life it is essential to acquire new skills for the management and governance of our new working tools and turn them into a value generating support to people’s work.
We meet the need to enhance the individual’s communication skills and improve self-awareness making interaction through video equally effective and compelling.

FILROUGE®: THE GAME OF SOCIAL SKILLS
Interaction and cooperation are social skills that can be systematically trained through experiential methodology, that is interaction, experimentation, storytelling of a business game solution. The goal is to get to know, manage, adopt these skills in order to improve the ability to respond to an ever-changing scenario that demands a new agility.
We meet the need to find new and more effective responses to daily challenges with ever-increasing complexity, training the taking-on of more responsibilities through context analysis, the identification of critical variables involved, role paying and sharing of information through the game.
HOW?
- Experiential learning method in a workshop set-up with the creation of working groups (real teams)
- Overall view of context and of critical success factors (the game board)
- Design of problem setting and problem solving (the playing cards)
- Creation and sharing of the game solution through the key of Social Skills
POSTURAL COACHING®: STAY WELL, BE WELL PROJECT
A synergy between Relation Design® and Postural Coaching®®, the social skills self-assessment and development project starts from posture and physical position analysis to evaluate how they affect the psycho-physical well-being, relational potential, results.
We meet the need to improve the mind-body-relations integration, develop more awareness on implicit relational dynamics and their impact on performance building.
HOW?
- Experiential workshops led by Giuseppe Ferrari
- Acquisition of techniques and tools to strengthen one’s elasticity and balance
- Experimentation of positioning games, invisible and unconscious in daily relations
- Creation of a personal training schedule to improve one’s result
LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY®: THE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COOPERATION
Project for the development and training of cross-functional cooperation as team skill interconnected with the well-being and positivity in the organizations. Searching, connecting and building with bricks through the LEGO® Serious Play® method®, frees up lateral thinking and expression is conveyed through different channels other than that of mind-word. Thinking with one’s hands releases creative energy and provides access to cooperation and problem-solving abilities otherwise less used.
We meet the need to improve the relations between different organizational functions, create collaborative networks between functions and departments, train a cooperative attitude and promote the metaphor of the organization as an ecosystem whose parties are integrated and cooperate for the common good.
HOW?
- One or two-day experiential workshop with a certified facilitator to create the right environment and lead the team through the various steps of the methodology
- Stimulation of personal expression that is freed through playing and creation of a collective point of view on the subject
- Back-reading and restitution of the process by the team: the small Lego constructions created by the group translate their experience through storytelling and images, creating a narrative that provides tangible evidence of what was shared and elaborated
- Definition of action points: the team self-regulates and takes the lead by defining an action and behavioural plan with the objective to improve relations management and cross-functional cooperation
THE LEADING CIRCLE
Multidisciplinary and multidimensional circular leadership development and enhancement plan catering to entrepreneurs and management and integrating three different levels: physical-intellectual, relation-social, aspirational and value-driven. The harmonization of these three different levels in a scenario of complexity, uncertainty and volatility enhances the ability to respond to challenges and helps identifying the various alternatives in managing human resources.
We meet the need to create more sustainable organizations and leaders, able to generate economic and social value, going beyond oneself.

FLOWING
Experiential training of new skills and abilities for agile organizations operating in increasingly unstable, uncertain, fluid markets, redefining the concept of role within the organization. It integrates workshop and field play leveraging the metaphor and context of rowing and sailing.
